Nut rice

It stops the asthma and activates energy, makes clever and dissolves constipation. It strengthens the intestines and makes the discharge of excrement smooth. It is good for poor nutrition and lack of energy. It raises the mental capacity of children and increases the memory of the brain.

Materials(for 4 people) | food ingredients : 17.64oz of nonglutinous rice, 3.53oz of glutinous rice, 3.53oz of sugar, 1.06oz of pine nut, 3.53oz of peeled off peanuts, 4-5 big spoons of water
Medicinal ingredients : 3.53oz of walnut, 10 jujubes, 1.76oz of gingko nut.

Methods of cooking :
1. Pour water into nonglutinous rice and glutinous rice. Mix it. (When pouring water, do not do it all at once, but gradually.)
2. Put all the other ingredients on the ingredients of 1.
3. Pour approximately 200cc of water into the inner pot, and cover with a hemp cloth bag the germanium pottery. Put the ingredients of number 2 on top.

Note !

Tip :
Gingko nuts have a little bit of poison, so children can be poisoned if 5~15 nuts are taken. The poison in gingko nuts are mostly found in embryo buds, therefore it is good to remove the Eunhaenhshim before taking it. Also the poison can be reduced by roasting, and it is not good eating a big amount raw. If poisoning happens, it is good to take the white of an egg for expediency.
