Kimchi Mackerel Stew


It aids digestion and activates the blood circulation. It makes blood and resin, It is effective for dieresis, and lowers the blood fat to prevent geriatric diseases. Materials(for 4 people) | food ingredients : 2 mackerels, 1/2 roots of kimchi
Medicinal ingredients : 1.76oz of milk vetch, 0.18oz of licorice root, 0.35oz of angelica gigas nakai, 0.21oz of dried orange peel.

1. All ingredients are handled cleanly and prepared.
2. The medicinal ingredients are put into the hemp cloth bag.
3. The prepared ingredients are put into the inner pot.
