Foxglove and gallus gallus stew

It strengthens the liver and the kidneys, and it lowers the consumptive fever and controls the menstruation. It is good for women’s diseases, for inable women after childbirth or for poor nutrition, for women with lumbago, melena, a lot of discharge from the womb and irregular periods.

Materials(for 4 people) | food ingredients : 1 gallus gallus var. domesticus, 1.76oz of raw rice, 1.06oz of glutinous rice(soaked into water), 5 jujubes, 5 chestnuts, 0.71oz of pine nuts, a little bit of salt, 500cc of water
Medicinal ingredients : 0.88oz of foxglove, 0.88oz of panax notoginsengs

Methods of cooking :
1. All ingredients are handled cleanly and prepared.
2. Put the rest of the ingredients into the gallus’stomach.
3. Put the prepared ingredients into the germanium pottery and put it into the inner pot.
4. It is closed with the inner lid, and the body and the pressure lid is joined.

Tip :
Foxgloves are good for weak people who have pyrexia, dry mouth and constipation. For women, it is suitable to irregular periods, melena, uneasiness due to movements of the fetus, and weak kidneys.
