Chicken balloon flower stew

Materials(for 4 people) | food ingredients : 1 chicken, 1.76oz of big spring onion, 0.71oz of red pepper
Medicinal ingredients : 7.05oz of balloonflower, 1.76oz of burdock, 0.18oz of chrysanthemum morifolium, 0.18oz of morus alba
Dressing sauce : 5 big spoons of soy sauce, 1 big spoon of cut garlic, 1 big spoon of ginger liquid, 1 big spoon of cut spring onion, 1 big spoon of soju, 1/2 of big spoon of pepper powder, 2 big spoons of onion liquid, 1 small spoon of sesame

Methods of cooking :
1. All ingredients are handled cleanly and prepared.
2. Put the chrysanthemum morifolium and the morus alba into the chicken’s stomach and tie it.
