Sea mussel rice

IT is good for weak people lacking energy, and helps people with hyperlipidemia, asteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, lumbago, ringing in the ears, night urination, etc. It has effect on women’s melena and a lot of leucorrhea, thyroid cancer, hyperthyroidism, cartilage disorder, and children’s growth.

Materials(for 4 people) | food ingredients : 17.64oz of raw rice, 1.76oz of skinny sea mussel (20 if alive ones), 5 shrimps, 700cc of water
Medicinal ingredients : 10 gingko nuts
Dressing sauce : 2 big spoons of soy sauce, 2 big spoons of brew soy sauce, 1 big spoon of sesame oil, 1 big spoon of cut spring onion, 1 small spoon of cut garlic, 1 small spoon of cut ginger, 1 big spoon of sesame.

Methods of cooking :
1. All ingredients are handled cleanly and prepared.
2. The prepared ingredients are put into the inner pot, and water is poured.
3. It is closed with the inner lid, and the body and the pressure lid is joined.
4. Choose the menu <Nutritional rice> and press the <start> button.
5. When it is complete mix it well up and down and serve.

Note !
Make the dressing sauce and depending on the symbols add the sauce and mix it to take it.

Tip :
Sea mussels are considered as sea eggs for their abundant nutrition, but distinctively from eggs, it has a lot of unsaturated fatty acid that cures hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis and helps children’s growth.
