Gastrodia elata pine needles rice

It is good for palsy and presymptoms, for heat in liver and lungs. It stabilizes the mind so it is helpful for people who have a lot of stress, dizziness, headache, Wind & Moisture sickness arthritis, and high blood pressure.

Materials(for 4 people) | food ingredients : 17.64oz of raw rice, 1 small spoon of salt, 650cc of water
Medicinal ingredients : 0.35oz of gastrodia elata, 0.18oz of pine needles
Dressing sauce : 1 big spoon of soy sauce, 2 big spoons of nicely aged soy sauce, 1 small spoon of oligosaccharide, 3 big spoons of water, 1 big spoon of cut spring onion, 1 small spoon of sesame, 1 small spoon of sesame oil.

Methods of cooking :
1. All ingredients are handled cleanly and prepared.
2. Put the pine needles into the hemp cloth bag.
3. The prepared ingredients are put into the inner pot, and water is poured.
4. It is closed with the inner lid, and the body and the pressure lid is joined.
5. Choose the menu <Nutritional rice> and press the <start> button.
6. When it is complete mix it well up and down and serve.

Note !
Make the dressing sauce and depending on the symbols add it to serve

Tip :
The pine needles remove paralysis, make the meridian pathways smooth, protect the liver and clarifiy the eyes. It removes the humidity and the dissolves the itching. Therefore it is efficient on paralysis and presymptom patients, Guwanwasa, and especially on Wind & Moisture sickness arthritis.
